Introduction to Oral English

授業の目標（講義概要）

This introductory level language course focuses on improving the students'ability to communicate in spoken English. Even though the course emphasizes fluency skills and interpersonal communication rather than grammar study, some grammar will be studied in connection with the lessons to enable the students to improve their communication skills. The text contains a variety of topics that will provide the students with opportunities to talk about aspects of their daily life.

授業計画

We will study three pages of the textbook each class meeting. Students will be expected to prepare each lesson ahead of time and to come to class ready to practice and adapt the material they have studied.

評価方法

Grades will be determined as follows: test 50% class participation 50%
