授業の目標（講義概要）

This class is recommended for third and forth year students who HAVE already studied abroad. Students considering writing a graduation paper about Australia should take this class.

授業計画

This course combines lectures and films dealing with Australian life, history and society. Most of the films seen and discussed in class are NOT available with Japanese subtitles. In addition to listening (to films and lectures) and speaking (discussion and reports) , there will be some reading (handouts) in English. The writing portion of this course will be graded heavily. each student should write a 1,000 word report in English about a movie dealing with Australia. The final test will also be in English.
