Students will be writing in class to develop fluency skills.

After a weekly explanation and review of composition skills (such as grammar and punctuation), students will be given class time to work in journals.

In the first semester, students are graded quantitatively, by page number. In other words, 60 journal pages will equal an �hA�h grade, etc.
